Return Process

  Visit our online return portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the eyewear in its original designer case and box, ensuring all tags, authenticity cards, and cleaning cloths are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
